QHow can I clean my Mask?
All of the Masks are wash-friendly. For the masks with electronic parts (e.g., Pro/Zen/Muse/Heat), gently remove the electronic parts or battery before wash. For laundry wash, please put your eye mask in a laundry protector. For more information, kindly refer to the instructional manual in the package.
QWhat if I experience light leakage or pressure on my sinus?
Take off the mask, reflex the eye mask a little. When putting it on again, adjust the tightness of the Velcro until it sits comfortably on your face. For the lite versions, pinch the memory material to make it set.
QIs it travel friendly?
Yes, the pro version will include a travel pouch. The mask is also made of flexible material, which can fold up while traveling.
QWhat is shipping policy?
We ship our orders worldwide. For the U.S, Canada located customers, we ship out from our L.A warehouse via UPS, USPS express service. It usually takes 4 - 7 days to deliver the package. For international orders, we ship out from our Shenzhen warehouse via DHL, FedEx, TNT express service. It usually takes 5-10 days to deliver the package. (The actual shipping time may vary depending on the shipping volume.)
QIf I were a reseller, do you supply dropshipping service for Muse?
We can supply dropshipping service, but the shipping cost is so high. Since few Muse are in our USA store, we have to ship from China. The shipping cost is also decided by your total order weight. The MOQ we prefer is 24pcs (1 CTN).
QCan I Custom-Made my logo or ODM my branded Muse?
Yes, you can custom-made your logo on the mask, ODM service is available. We are good at R&D, and we have OEM service for some well-known brands from Japan and Europe. We also take orders from Amazon sellers to help their own brands grow.
