Q: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer with more than 10 years of export and production experience. We have our own factory and provide wholesale pricing, as well as customization of materials, brand logos, packaging, and other services.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: We offer as low as 1 piece from our available stock if you need the product as a sample or a trial. Normally we accept 100-1000pcs for customized branding. If you accept neutral products and neutral packaging, we accept much smaller MOQs. We are flexible and practical in providing solutions for your requirements.

Q: How do you manage quality control?

A: PAKISS has a reliable and strict quality control system with 100% aging testing before packaging. We also welcome client-appointed third-party inspections. We care for our products' quality as the lifeblood of our brand and spare no effort in quality control throughout the entire production process.

Q: What are your accepted payment terms?

A: PAKISS recommends Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T, Western Union, Cash, and other options. D/P, D/A, and L/C are equally acceptable.

Q: What are the shipping options and lead times?

A: Usually we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. For bulk shipments, we also ship by air or sea depending on your demand. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP... all terms are available. For lead times, we can manufacture deliverable products within 30-45 days from taking your confirmed design files. Lead times can be even less for neutral products with neutral packaging.
